Accounts and creative work

Use accurate account information and only share materials you own or have permission to use. You retain ownership of your work. Collaborator rights, deliverables and fees must be defined in the applicable project agreement.

Subscription signup and billing

Professional is $19 USD per month; Organization is $99 USD per month. Signup saves your selected plan and acceptance. Where billing is enabled, a separate hosted checkout confirms the amount and recurring payment authorization before billing begins. If billing is not activated, your signup remains pending and no charge is made.

Renewal and cancellation

Once activated through checkout, monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Paid access continues to the end of the billing period. Any applicable refund terms must be shown before purchase; rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Projects and payments

Provider fees are separate from subscriptions. Any platform and processor fees must be disclosed before approval. Agree on scope, rights, delivery and cancellation before commissioning work. Profile or organization verification is not a guarantee of project results.

Confidentiality and records

Respect confidential project information and other members’ access permissions. Account-linked signup and acceptance records are retained for accountability. Submitted project agreements remain in the audit trail; draft agreements may be deleted before submission.
